The phenomenon was called \u201cbrain fog.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The first cause of the ailments turned out to be inflammatory molecules in the cerebrospinal fluid and in the fluid around the brain. The second is a large number of microthrombi in the capillaries of the nervous tissue, due to which the brain cannot receive enough oxygen. \u201cAfter studying samples of nervous tissue and blood vessels from five people, a huge number of megakaryocytes were found in their capillaries &#8211; cells responsible for the production of \u201cbuilding materials\u201d for blood clots,\u201d shared American scientists.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So far, two reasons for the deterioration of cognitive functions have been identified.
