The Main Geophysical Observatory named after Voeikov confirmed the shift of seasons by a month due to climate change.
In other words, what we expect in March can now be expected in April. Winter didn’t begin in December, but doesn’t it think it will end in March?
The process of shifting seasonal temperatures was noticed back in 2016, and at that time people first started talking about the paradoxical consequences of global warming. French researchers concluded that over 40 years of observations, the seasons have shifted by 10 days.
The Hydrometeorological Center has not yet named the exact reason for this particular shift in seasons.
Scientists suggest that cyclones, anticyclones and atmospheric fronts provoked by global warming can influence the change in seasons; increased precipitation and air pollutants.
